SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENTBiography
Dr. Roberto Garcia is a surgical oncologist—a specialist who focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and surgical treatment of cancer. Surgical oncologists undergo basic specialty training in general surgery. During their training, they learn how to treat tumors in the colon and rectum, skin, head and neck, chest, liver, pancreas, breast, and other areas—whether preventively or correctively. Because of this foundation in general surgery, they have the knowledge to treat general surgical conditions such as hernias, appendicitis, and gallstones (cholelithiasis).
