Dr. Roberto Garcia is a surgical oncologist, this is the specialist who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and surgical treatment of cancer. The oncologic surgeon has a basic specialty training in General Surgery. During his training he will know how to treat in a preventive or corrective way tumors in the colon and rectum, skin, head and neck, thorax, liver or pancreas, breast and others. Due to the base specialty, he has knowledge and can treat pathologies of general surgery such as hernias, appendicitis, and stones in the gallbladder (cholelithiasis).
